February Progressive Zouk Series w/ Shelby ♥️
Sundays (11am-1:30pm):

Feb. 5th, Feb. 12th, Feb. 19th, Feb. 26th

Weekly breakdown:

-Part 1- Technique / Foundations
(short break ☕️)
-Part 2- Applications / Partner Work
-Práctica- last 30 min.
•No partner required.
• Drop-ins welcome!
• No experience necessary.

While this is an all-levels class, intermediate+ variations/concepts will be implemented in Part 2, for more experienced class attendees. Beginners are welcome to attend both parts, but are encouraged to focus primarily on a mastery of the foundations.

Where:
Global Education Center ? on Charlotte Pk. (Studio B- around the back of the building). Additional parking in Richland Park across the street. Please don't park in the alley!

Cost:
$40 for the 4-class series or $15 per day (2.5 hours) to cover studio space. Venmo to @NashvilleZouk or cash please!
