On Saturday, October 18th, we will be hosting our Havana Nights Salsa Party at 404 Bar & Grill. We are so excited to be bringing you the same great music and dancing at a jazzy new location. We will be playing plenty of the hottest salsa and bachata with just a splash of cha cha, merengue, and kizomba to keep you on the dance floor all night long.

Lessons start at 9pm with open dancing going from 10pm-1am. It just $5 to dance the night away, so I hope to see you on the dance floor soon!

Directions: 404 Bar & Grill is at the intersection of Nolensville Pike and Elysian Fields. It has a small parking lot, but there is also plenty of free parking in the lot across the street.

Join us Friday, August 22nd for another great Havana Nights Salsa Party. We will be playing loads of salsa and a nice mix of bachata, chachacha, merengue, and kizomba. It's a playlist that will keep you grooving all night long, so I really hope you can make it!

Come early for the salsa lesson at 9pm and stay late for open dancing from 10pm-1am. No food or open containers will be allowed at this venue because we are trying to keep the studio pristine for many parties to come. However, please feel free to bring any water bottle with lid. We will also have water available for $1.

It's just $5 to dance the night away, so I hope to see you all on the dance floor very soon!

If you are new to salsa, this class is designed with you in mind. Each week, we will review the fundamental techniques of salsa, working to perfect our basic step, cross body lead, and right hand turn. We will also learn how to add styling and body movement to our dancing to get our moves flowing more smoothly and naturally. We will end each class by applying these techniques to a simple turn pattern adding more variety to your dance repertoire. The goal is to help you build a strong foundation of salsa techniques that will last you a lifetime with this highly addictive dance. This class happens every Monday at 6:30pm at Miss Fit Academy. It is only $8 to attend or $25 for the month (4 lessons). NO PARTNER NEEDED.
