Dancing is an excellent activity for social, physical and mental fitness! Our group averages about 60 people in class and over 100 for social dancing. Come by your self and/or bring friends! This is where the great dancers come to relax and cut loose. We have a good mix of professionals and beginners, so if you are learning to dance, this is the place to be! You can see the styles you like and ask who their teacher is and maybe the person you ask will be a teacher, and then you can ask where and when they teach-- even ask for a private lesson.
Cool dance tip: Private lessons are the fastest way to learn to dance.
Wear comfortable clothes to dance in, smell good and smile!
