O'More College of Design 423 South Margin Street, Franklin, TN 37064, USA
Hey, dancers! O'More College of Design in Franklin is hosting their first ever Jazz Age Lawn Party, and I think this would be a great opportunity to go down there, promote our scene, and have a blast dancing to some LIVE vintage jazz music!
The back lawn of O’More will be transformed into a scene from the roaring twenties where you can spend the day dancing to live 20s and 30s music from the Duffy Jackson Big Band. Jackson is a prolific composer and percussionist who has played with the renowned Count Basie, Jazz legends Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Sammy Davis Jr., and Lena Horne. Come and enjoy professional dance performances and learn how to Charleston and Foxtrot with beginner dance lessons. There will be a lawn picnic with delicious gourmet food, refreshing St-Germain summer cocktails, croquet, lawn tennis, and more. End the day browsing vintage clothing booths, antique dealers, and 1920-30s automobiles, and get your vintage portrait taken in 1920s style. We encourage all to come dressed in your best 1920-30s attire.

Tickets are sold in pairs, so unlike most of our NSDF events, you will need a partner unless you just want to pay double. To buy tickets, click here: http://www.omorecollege.edu/designweek-jazzage/
