West African Dance Class

 West African Dance is a two hour fun filled class that welcomes adults and children of all ages and experience levels. The class will focus on basic technique, stamina, and syncopation as it relates to traditional West African dances and rhythms. Taught by three of Nashville’s most experienced and skilled African Dance teachers, you are sure to walk away feeling energized and wanting more.
