Dancing is an excellent activity for social, physical and mental fitness! Our group averages about 60 people in class and over 100 for social dancing. Come by your self and/or bring friends!
Classes start as beginner and then increase in level as the teacher sees the majority of the class succeed. Wear comfortable clothes to dance in, smell good and smile!
